Well I got my CDL-A originall back in 2008 from the state of Georgia, Werner tells me refresher is not good enough, so I got to go back to school even with a current CDL. There's a TDI here where I live (Forsyth, Ga), does anyone have any comments about it.

    Thanks

    Steve

Wow - telling you to get complete (re)schooling even though you already have a CDL A! What a rip off, I'd tell them to screw!

Go to three months of ? then go back?

My question is that they might not be hiring right now?
Telling you that to sort of keep you at bay,,, there beck and call for later?

There's companies here local that are hiring with 6-12mo experience in the last 3 years, wouldn't that work for you? Not saying here but their on the internet everywhere, check craigslist in the jobs area under transport.

Going back to school to enhance more your skills and knowledge is great. Think of the positive outcomes. It will add to your current knowledge, isn't it great? Well, I love school. I am going back to school this year. In our current economic situation, we need to be more qualified than the others to be qualified. When the economic climate is down and unemployment is high, there is a spike in the amount of individuals returning to school for more education. For several students, deciding if you should go after an advanced diploma should be made by balancing costs and possible future gain. Source for this article: Doing the math of graduate school costs. It's so true.

Werner is the most flexible in the industry, so I assume you will find this true at all companies. I can only assume you got your CDL and never did anything with it??......had you work even a 3 -4 months in the past 3 year period, someone would take you on as a student, after you attended a refresher.
