Day off Laredo Tejas, got 4 new Goodyears for truck, noticed wheel seal leaking, now spending hometime at t/a in Laredo.
Oh well, better now than side of road.
Still would rather be on couch with a/c & speed channel on.
Teach me to load up the day before.

Hats of to the shop guys, and road service.
Cry. #####, complain, talk your smack, whatever
I never have had a issue getting truck fixed.
I called up, said skins were getting thing, told to have inspection bay team leader take a look.
New skins.
Anytime I've needed repairs in the road or in Joplin, my trk was fixed, never a question of it.
Sometimes in Joplin takes longer, but they have to do more with less, and that's a management thing.
I like the fact that I don't have to get little things like lights, oil, etc approved, less than 50 bucks, buy it, fix it, turn it in.
Breakdown, call road service, help will be sent!
Hold time can be a while, again, not their fault, a management issue.
Have patients, it will be fixed, usually without question.
You pretrip, stay ahead of things, typically won't have many problems.ECU51, paul_4lp, lonewolf4ad and 1 other person Thank this. -

First I have ever heard of this, I always show available and haven't had issues. Can anyone explain what the dispatcher means?

Being in the top ten, doesn't alwaysake you a winner.

#1 truck in Taylor, DHD up here from Indiana to get into Canada (I'm an E. coast Canada turn truck) and get assigned a trailer that needs repairs going to Ohio... while the other driver gets a turn around load back into Canada for ######## me with a broken trailer. I've got a call in the the Kenworth dealer up home and an offer to lease the truck on with my wife's Godfather's company (30 trucks). Wife is goin to dealer with list of what I want on the truck and if it's in stock Con-Way's truck will be sitting in Taylor tonight empty waiting for another student driver to get in and "help" the companies safety score
