Six weeks ago I sent the Q-com macro to become a PAM trainer. I got back a message saying I should talk to my DM about becoming a trainer. My DM said there was nothing he could do until I've been cleared.

I've phoned the main desk and been connected to the wrong person each time. I asked my DM and he doesnLt know who to speak to.

Does anyone know who I call to find out my status on this?

I would say reapply or you didn't meet the requirements.

Yeah, more than likely didn't meet the requirements, but call the main number and ask to talk with one of the trainer fleet managers, not DM's. I don't know if they are the same, but when I quit it was Karl Lee, Tim, or Jeff...

Call Jeff. He is trainer head last I knew. Or Earl Denny in safety. I've been gone from there awhile but I think info is still accurate.

Speak to Jeff Hale. He's the only person who would really know your status and why you haven't been accepted yet. They just sent a message last week wanting people to apply for trainer positions.

I think I meet their standards. Over 7 months accident free, I'm in the top 10% for fuel consumption, my paper logs were perfect (now on e-logs), always on time unless there's a break down, I report trailers with problems and have them fixed. What more could they want?

I left a message for Jeff Adare and sent the trainer request macro again. Maybe I'll find something out soon.

    Thanks for the help.

Yeah chip is a fat-bedder also. I'm loving it. In the 6 months ive been here, ive been to Pam areas (northeast) maybe 5-6 times. Been northwest twice, Colorado loads of times..I'm liking it. They keep.me busy, but still drive less/make more than with Pam..

I guess Norma finally retired? She used to be the driver liaison back in the 90s. She was pushing 60 then, but she took care of her drivers whenever they had any kind of problems.
