I was told they are now starting to make you drive teams for eight weeks after you are done with the trainer. I am not sure what it takes to become solo after that or if they try to keep you with the team driving. I was told that is going to start for anyone who is starting after Feb. 6th.

 

I'd bet they hope you like the money and want to stick with it. I'm sure they'll try and talk you into it to. That's the only thing that makes sense since tream driving is a whole different thing than solo.

 

That is what I was thinking they were banking on too.

 

what is the average miles per week as a team ..?......if u dont mind ,.. what is ur average pay per week as a team, ?..
