Yes it is. You should also consider peterbiltlover that the insurance is double what pgt is the only difference is they cover 10% more of the bill. PGT is $45/week for family where Southern Pines is $99/week for family. Another thing to point out is I averaged over .40/mile loaded with pgt and even with the unpaid empty miles still came out ahead.

Keep in mind you will be hauling radioactive material for less money. A higher insurance rate and the dispatcher didn't seem to care about hometime when I spoke with him which is why I will be going back with PGT where they at least try to get you home. Not trying to discourage you as they are both owned by the same person but I don't think I would haul radioactive for less money then I get for hauling a steel coil.

I am actually leaving out tomorrow heading up to Monaca for orientation to come back to PGT. The vice president is supposed to come meet with me and try to convince me to go with Southern Pines but I won't be for that pay or that attitude towards my home time to see my family.
