I can agree with this...but it has an opposite side as well.

The more high tech crap on board requires the driver to be smart enough (or smarter than) the crap to remain unnoticed!

And another opposite side, the dumber the driver the more high tech crap you need.

The industry needs higher standards, there are certain individuals that should not be on the road.

Not really Otter. Just 2 days ago I seen a truck leassed to a company out of Mi. that I haven't seen down here in Laredo in a years or so....guess what? They were put OOS in May of last year. The only high tech thing in that early 90's Peterbilt and mid 80's flatbed is what came on them back then. Going unnoticed, dont ya think?:biggrin_25511:
    There ICC MC is 1778885

Go south on I-15...after Nephi to Beaver, then another section until Parowan. Posted "speed test section...80".

You need to get out of SLC sometime. Down around Nephi the speed limit is 80 mph, as I recall its only for 50 miles or less on I15.
Texas also can still raise theirs up to 85 mph, but I dont think that will happen any time soon.
