....These truck stops are using city municipal water supplies, they are not filtering their own water! They are probably like said previously marking the hose as non-potable because of the conditions the hose is in.
Do you wash your dishes in the bathroom sink or at Coffee section sink?

They just don't want people suing them if they get sick, i doubt there is anything wrong with the water at the fuel island hose.

I don't use either when I wash my dishes I just have a bottle of Dawn liquid soap in the truck and use a bottle of water and a couple shop paper towels (the blue thicker ones) and it works just fine. I avoid people complaining that way.

campers supplies come in handy. Theres a concentrate dish soap. Juast a drop or two is sufficient. As well as a camp shower. like a 5 gal bag with a on/off "showerhead type" spigot. you could find somewhere on the truck to hang it to rinse the dishes like say the mirror bracket or the supports that mount to the wings might work too.
Works when I go camping anyway. Just use a larger plastic mixing type bowl as my "sink" wash them, stack to the side and rinse all at once.25(2)+2 Thanks this. -

sounds to me like everyone on here are the clean hygenic truckers(like myself obviously)
but where are you all coz all i ever see are dirty smelly drivers who clearly dont know this website exists..I mean how many times have you been washing yer hands and the guy next to you seems like he is coughing up something into the sink???
but anyways back to the casing point, i would never take my toothbrush to the restrooms. i can do that at the truck.hup Thanks this.
