I was going to drive for what I thought was an O/O but things just did'nt add up so I did some checking on my own.I called the company he was leased to or so I thought he was leased onto them.As soon as he puts a driver in his trk then he can lease. That was a lie on his part for telling me he's leasing.Second lie,he said he's an O/O but does'nt have a CDL.The company I called told me that.Oh he played a good game and had an answer for every question. Also he has his trk payment and he would pay me after he gets his settlement.Well how do I know that.I quit going by broken promises.Anybody who drives for an O/O I would suggest doing some checking first.Otherwise you may be in trouble and headed for a cliff.

Getting someone to understand you speaking English (when it's not your first language) is hard enough. To type it out and still make sense, very nice.

    Bravo, sir.

What I have to say, same people like me move to United Stats and they have no chance to go back to school and learn properly the languish of the country, English of cause.
I move to USA an 1995 as a alien and now citizen, thirteen years I am working in trucking industry, as you know I’m on the road like you, 3 weeks out and 4 days a month I go home, if I’m lucky. I tell you what I did in thirteen years, I work for my family, for my community for my country, I did what I can do, thinking always positive side of the life. Today I achieve my goal, my alders child, she is chiropractor, acupuncture and nutrition Doctor, she can help me to eat and exercise properly on the road and help her community and all drivers like you same way. My son he is environmental engineer, he also help his community and all America to make sure our water it’s clean and we can drink without any risk. This is what I did in 17 years, if you don’t understand my writing its okay, if you make fun of me it okay, but you can not make fun of my children,, I am American and proud to be, God bless and be safe

    Moujick, you're doing fine.
I remember how hard it was to learn English when I came to this country.
    It takes time.
Forget all those whiney butts that make fun of your language skills. They probably couldn't do half as well learning your native tongue.

As for collecting on a small claims judgement?
Next step is to go back to the same court and file a motion to enforce judgement.
You will simply show the judgement to the court and they will grant your motion.
Then take the 'motion to enforce' to your local sherrif or US marshal along with the debtor's (the losing party) specific asset. Easiest asset is the bank account that they paid you on originally.
the marshal or sherrif will go to the bank with the motion and secure your money.
It usually takes about a week after they get the money to hand it over to you.
    Good luck.

    moujick Thanks this.
