The 'recent driving experience' question.

I hear ya. I hear its insurance companys. Then i hear its dot making this rule. I believe if the driver has the required years of experiance. Drive test passed. that should show they know their experiance shows for what they have worked. This is just another way for those college grads who know nothing about driving a big truck to pinch the buget to make a bonus check. I seen no info in the dot book showing this stupid rule. 7yrs exp and get spit in the face. wtf
