If someone isn't happy with what they are getting per week on the truck then its time to find out why you aren't getting it. If you don't say anything the dispatcher assumes you are fine with what you are getting and will continue to run you that way. sit down with em..show em a pay stub ad say hey man..we gotta do better than this.

I will also add this. Rookies ce into the career thinking that tey are GOING to be a certain way..for many it is a rude awakening. Thats what makes that first year so hard.
If you come into this career with no other expectations other than a chance to prove yourself you will not be disappointed. Come into it thinking you are going to get rich quick and you wil be severely disappointed.
Others fail to do the research on true first year income..They forget to take into account, living expenses on the truck and end up going backrupt because their bills at home exceed what the first year average is.
Or they simply can' handle being gone for weeks at a time from home.
