    If a new driver goes to Schnieder's or Roehl's company driving school, how long are you expected to work for either of these two companies? The local driving school here in MN is $6,000.00. This is way too much.These folks are taking advantage of the massive lay-offs around here.:angry1:

    Roehl is approximately one year but I believe they say it is 120,000 miles and it is paid in full. If you leave early, you pay a prorated balance. Schneider I believe is an 18 month committment and if you leave early, you have to pay it all back.

    Act professional and deal with your Fleet manager well and you will get miles.

    End up paying $1200 for school as long as you stay 1 yr.... if you leave before you pay $3000. Total school IS $3000, but company reimburses you 1800.

    I have been I would say 70-80% happy with them, 4 months ago i had a really slow month and was at my witts end, but since my FM, has been running me out of hours and that means $$$$....
