I put a pp muffler in place of the stock undercab reverse flow that it had(2005 international 9900 with 565 isx). I didn't notice the huge power and fuel mileage gains that they claim. It sounds great though! Not too loud when cruising down the road but when getting after it and especially with the jakes it sounds great. At $480 it seemed expensive until I priced an oe muffler, $460, spending an extra $20 was well worth it.I've never tried mega flow on my own equipment, but they do seem to have a good reputation. Hope this helps.

Had MegaFlow NoiseBrakers before and now; engine brake noise is lessened somewhat (I'm in residential areas a good bit), but can't say for sure about mileage/performance gains. Pair on my Mack did well until I lost the turbo and pretty-much burned them out (replaced right one first with a cheap muffler - you could hear the difference standing on the deck plate). I'd recommend!

The Walker Megaflow Muffler is a straight thru muffler like the PP muffler that can be bought at most parts houses for around $100 that is cheaper than the PP one and the Walker is galvanized dipped with a 4 year replacement warranty that the PP does not have.

I have used Walkers since 2003 and will not use anything else.

I've installed the PP quiet flow (single muffler) in February. Little deeper sound then my previous Donaldson. Nicest spot around 1600rpm. Engine spools faster and engine brakes a note louder. Bought it on internet through their site. Now as I think about it should have gone with a straight pipe. :) One thing I noticed though (maybe I'm seeing things) my oil stayed clean longer then usual.

When I first installed a pair on my truck back in 2003 I gained around 3/10ths mpg over stock OEM mufflers.
