Cherry flavoring is extremely flammable.
Watermelon is flammable.

 

yea I found that out when I was a training....my trainer who had a hazmat license had to p/u a load from the Coke plant outside Ft Worth. We pick it up and get several hundred miles down the road before he finds out its the ingredients not the full processed cans/bottles. He ended up driving all the way. But it makes you think exactly what they put in coke or pepsi. And I am a huge MT Dew drinker.

 

jmorgan...I start Apr 23rd, in Phx, Az at the AIT school. They have a section set aside for only Stevens drivers. After 4weeks its off to Dallas for Orientation then with a trainer or so I am told

 

Recruiter told me will prob only have to do 3 maybe 4 weeks with trainer since I spent 5yrs as trainer/driver with CRE

 

4 years as of mar 9th.
I paid for my own school, then went to stevens.

Tleahart- How are they as far as treating their drivers? Do the DMs get their drivers home when requested? Do they run you alot of miles if you want? How bout NYC, do they make you go there alot? I know CRE didn't do that and you were able to refuse a load if you wanted. Will Stevens allow you to refuse a load if you don't think you can do big cities?

 

Drivers and DM's are a dime a dozen at stevens.
Get home when you want with stevens, no, not the first year.
Miles, low until you prove yourself.
No you may not refuse a load as a company driver.
No NYC for the first 3 months solo, then you will see NYC and the east coast a lot.
