My husband is in his second 2012 Cascadia because the first one broke down 4 or 5 times in 3 months, I believe. This second one he calls a dream machine and the first one a nightmare if you are trying to make money.

Point and match. I'm most likely wrong on my statement, I read it on the Internet and that's always right.

If the number of the tractor that HvyHaul got was 12059, then, he did get JET-Lag's old tractor.

I found where HvyHaul posted the number of his problem truck, it was 12027 so definitely not the one that JET-Lag had so much problems with. James (aka hubby aka JET-Lag) just told me that he had been told that Maverick would probably just get rid of 12059 one of a number ways due to all of the problems with it.

Hopefully not the UAW dope smokers at the auto plants in Detroit! No wonder manufacturing deserted that city for the south (Carolina/Georgia/Tennessee)!

I've had two Cascadia, the current one is Saltillo built and haven't had a factory problem with it. The other was US built and I gave that one back to Maverick for the constant magnetic attraction to terminals and repair facilities.

Interesting, Saltillo started up in 2009 and the plant manager's name is Mark Hernandez. Sounds imported...TO Mexico. The non-Cascadia trucks are built at a separate plant in Mexico. The plant manager's name there is Flavio Enriquie Rivera Mejía.

The Cascadia plant in the US builds several different models of Freightliner (the Class 8 line), unlike the Mexican plant which builds only Cascadias for Freightliner.

As far as UAW dope smokers. They would have to be from Cleveland...North Carolina. There's a little stretch between them and Detroit called the Appalachians and 4 states. The NC boys are more concerned about things like being anti-gay (why marry same sex when you have a perfectly good sister available) and are pro-abortion (if you married your sister...). Seriously, I was kidding about that. No burning crosses in my front yard again, please.
