I have found thousands of results from searches but I can't find the current regulations and requirements to get into Toronto and Vancouver from the US. Can anyone give me the phone numbers for the Canadian Commercial Vehicle Department or let me know the location of their website? I would appreciate any help you can give me.

call a canadian customs broker and they will tell you what you need for the border, livingston or Norman G Jensen are big ones.
Just add ontario or BC to your licence plate registration, ontario has some special rules, all truck must be governed to 105 km/h while in ontario, and you must have 14 days of logs in the truck while in canada. Are We There Yet Thanks this. -
Are there any Canadian carriers who will meet and pick up trailers and take them into Toronto and /or Vancouver? If so, what would be considered a reasonable charge for an one night show?
-
What info are you looking for? Border crossing requirements, or truck licencing info?
-
There are many carriers who would do that, just pick one and call them. -
Truck entry for one trip -I already found out the wheel base on one of our trucks is too big too big for entry into Canada. We just have one show in Toronto and one tentative in Vancouver. I am not sure it is economically feasible or worth all the loops they need us to jump through just to get one trailer in.
We have a Canadian promoter on the Toronto show so I will call him. Surely he will know someone who can get the trailers in. Thanks for everybody's help. -
Truck and roll out of Cambridge or stage door also out of Cambridge. Both do show work
-
what show? Just curious

ahhh.... get it now. You should be able to contact any of the big carriers to get a bobtail to pick it up and cross it for you.
