I think they may have changed their name, but there is still a Pyle Trucking out of Garden City that I see all the time.
Oh yeah, back in the 90's I worked for a company that supplied back hauls to Monfort. They'd pick up the return load in Chambersburg Pa on Thursday afternoon/evening and be waiting at our dock in Denver by Noon Sunday. Only downside, a lot of the drivers didn't realize they were hauling books and paper goods. We had several loads arrive frozen solid because someone would fire up the reefer between 0 and 32 for the drive.

I'm surprised no one has said MS Carriers. I remember when my dad drove for Builders Transport in the green and yellow trucks. I don't know if they were good or bad but I remember Cannon Express all over Chicago Land.

Anyone remember P.I.E. My grandfather drove for them. I remember they had a big terminal in the Akron/Canton,Ohio area because he took me there one time.
