I have a misdemeanor drug charge 22 years ago(pot) just paid fine. A Schnieder recruiter said I can not haul a tanker into or out of Canada? Can I get this expunged?

don't try to cross until you get it expunged... canada customs doesn't know about it yet, so you can get it removed. That old, if nothing else new on your record, it should be easy to get it removed. If you cross with it on your record, you may be refused entry into canada, and your boys will probably search your truck on the way in to your country.

I am told getting into Canada is not the real issue. It's getting BACK into this country is where you roll the dice.

crusty hit thenail--getting in to canada is easy --unless you have a dwi charge--its getting back into us is the hard part--even if you get a pardon it doesnt hide it from the all seeing eye of ice--but being that it was so long ago--you should be ok--the best idea would be to get a fast card--if you qualify for that--then you will have no problems

Google it. Canada cost is about 1000.00 or so and the bad thing is that they do not guarantee it will be done.
