pre hire with schneider about to go test but question if i decline the job will it go

We found out in another thread he rolled the rig.... but its schneiders fault, as she states....

 

From what I understand, dot refusal only applies if you already work there. Doesn't count for pre-employment screen.

 

Refusal over the phone no. If you go in and put your butt down in one of their seats, then yes it will go on your DAC.

 

uprrmn, hate to break it to you man, but that's not quite right. Passing a drug test is a pre-requisite for hiring. Companies will report results and refusals on drug tests for folks they never hired per-se. This is why many applications ask you to list all places you've worked OR attended an orientation.
