Dudes that work for the FMCSA or the DOT or really anywhere for that matter are just dudes. You're experience with them is not guaranteed to be the same across the board. Luck of the draw will determine how you fair. Unfortunately if you get an "easy" guy he can set you up for failure down the road.

 

The CSA program does what it was designed to do.
Puts accountability on the Driver.

 

Oh I would say companies are feeling some as well. Even though as I type that I recall the SMS scores of the company that had the idjit deliver ammo to Mexico on accident. How that POS still has authority is beyond comprehension.
