So that means as team you'll make quite a bit more money?

Potentially... yes. Some teams I have talked to do quite well.

However it freally depends on how well you and your teammate work togeather.

I don't know bout quite but more. You figure .175 at 5000 miles is 875 and .25 at 3000 miles is 750 is that really worth it. Of course u can make more with team and also less ad solo. Just throwing out numbers.

Don't get me wrong....I know .175 sucks big time, but everyone has to start somewhere.

And you gotta remember you're trying sleep while the truck is moving. Stop lights, traffic, rest stops, fuel and all those nice SMOOTH interstates. And you always trust your co-driver driving with all that experience.

There is a Ton of info here I am looking into PAM also and I myself don't mind the team driving and to be honest all I really want is some good experience from PAM. I just want to get my feet wet and see what's else out there for me yeah money is nice but who's giving up the most miles?

I'm sorry but I gotta call BS on this one. There's no way u can do 6500 teaming in PAM... The longest trip me and my ex-teammate did was over to Cali,if memory serves me right it was about 1700 one way, that week we made close to 5500. The most miles in a week we ever did. After taxes it was $700. Now let me tell u why I call BS, PAM does alot right, but what it does wrong hurts ure pockets, for instance; PAM has a major miscomunication problem,no one talks to anybody else,it's like their all in a pudding match. Number 2; they have numerable what I call ”wait” loads, something that as a team u can do in a day, they make u wait half a day more for u to b unloaded. 3; sadly PAM's trailers r full of problems; u name it I've been thru it. Also, since they're unorganized, they make u ”T-call” a load, just so that u can wait until the next morning to pick up ure next load. I can go on and on, and I can tell u I did everything in my power to get more miles,i.e. communicated with my team dispatcher(and I have nothing bad to say about the man) and still our average was 4000 to 4500, which was pretty good considering the circumstances. I did my 6 months teaming... Overall a great learning experience, would I do it other than to gain experience, no. PAM's not a place to go make money, it's a place to learn. It's unfortunate really, cause I like it here.
