I don't work for PAM, but it has been my experience with the different companies that I worked for that it seems to depend more on the doctor than the company, even if the company is paying for the physical and expecting it to be done to their standards.
I've done jumping jacks, running in place and had to squat down while holding weights. Have also done a couple where I never even had to show the doctor that I could get off the table and stand on my own two feet. Seems to be a lot if interpretation to the paperwork the doctor has to fill out.
I might have made a huge mistake. I need answers if anyone can help me.
