Good luck! You'll be fine, just go out there and enjoy it... don't let the little stuff (shippers/receivers/traffic/dumb drivers) get you pissed off...
I think there's a few drivers out there that just wanted to get away from everything/everyday life and are doing it... I'm one of them. -
Eat light meals, eat healthy. Go for walks. Bring exercise equipment that you could use in you truck. A dumbbell or whatever. Do sit-ups on your bed. Being a trucker doesnt mean you have to be lazy and fat and eat crap.

There are lots of good reasons to consider trucking as a career/lifestyle choice. Doing it as a cure for a broken heart isn't one of them IMHO.
