Summer fun-two ladies and their kids (and one loaded truck) ...so sad

6 kids, 2 adults in that car. none of the kids were buckled up.

 

so sad..specially due to the stupidity of the driver of the car

 

Lord God...how many things were wrong with this entire scenario....no car seats...not all seatbelts used...and an unlicensed driver at the wheel. And the running of the stop sign. And now the adults get to live with this the rest of their lives, knowing they caused it.

 

And they'll try to sue the truck driver for wrongful death, even though they were at fault. Probably no insurance on the car either......

 

There's surveillance footage of her running the light. Even a half assed lawyer could get the truck driver outta that.

 

True, but you know those "If you're in an accident with a big rig call us" lawyers will be beating their door down. They don't care if they lose, as long as they get their money.

 

i hate to hear of ANY loss of life...but it brought tears to my eyes to see such a beautiful young childs life end....needlessly...when kids pass...its the hardest....sad, sad, sad.... adults in the car huh??? too bad they didnt act like it..prayers ...

But i have no sympathy for the four wheeler, cause they didn't care enough to buckle in the kids. I'd like the see the cops charge them with vehicular manslaughter, for failing to use child restraints

 

Completely agree. My sympathy is only with the kid, for she didn't do anything or know any better. This is completely the fault of the driver knowing they were transporting 8 people including themselves and had absolutely no safety devices for the kids.

Count this one up to utter stupidity.
