been offered a chance to go to work for martin transport pulling out of the oil fields in TX, could someone tell me the nuts & bolts of the company, the job, & treatment of you as a employe.

Martins good if you dont mind living in poverty and enjoy driving junk equipment that breaks down on a regular basis I didnt pull crude for em I was on the chemical side But its by far the worst company ive worked for
