Currently OTR out of SC. Hometime is typically 1.5 days every 2 weeks depending upon the carrier. My wife and I are planning to move to PA to be closer to family. Is there a specific area or lane that is recommended to give me better options for hometime?

The intersection of I 81 & I 76 (PA Turnpike) in Carlisle is loaded with OTR and local companies.

Central PA(I81 Corridor) and Allentown/Easton area(I78/US22). Both have a lot of warehouses and alot of major company terminals. The western side of the state(Pittsburgh) is dead when it comes to major hubs and warehouses. Only thing really going on here is the natural gas wells. Many companies looking for drivers to haul water, sand, and natural gas. Local and OTR.

Making the most money I've ever made over here in western PA and home every night........Downfall? Living in PA, western PA specifically has been a rough adjustment, I can't speak for the rest of the state. It would help to know where in PA though you're moving to, this is a rather large state.
