We've decided to stick with Schneider. If team doesn't pan out the company has many other opportunities whereas USX is rather limited. We prefer the reach of Schneider throughout the country. Thanks for your input on this matter!

    Good luck!

I did team with Sni couple years ago but it was on a dedicated home depot account. Good pay and home every weekend.

Heading to Green Bay Monday for Orientation which starts Tuesday. Team Mate and I are new CDL grads getting $3,500 sign on bonus (each) and reimbursement for CDL tuition. We're told probably get a newer truck (less than 40k on odometer) for our first tractor.

Plan on posting here when the dust settles but it may be a while. Not taking computer to Green Bay. Want to focus on training etc. May not have computer for several months. Will wait and see how it goes running team. See you all on the other side!

My wife and I had this same decision to make. USX did not offer a sign on bonus at all for us. Schneider offered 3500 paid out over a year. 500 after a week of training, 1k after 90 days, 1k after 6 months, 1k after 1 year. They even offered an additional 200 bonus each because we were willing to travel. Both require hazmat, otherwise are pretty similar companies. .32 to start, .36 after 6 months I think, 39 after a year. Non split

If someone there told you that is non-split, you need to call back. There is NO company that I've seen that will pay EACH team member that. I know for fact that SNI and USX rates are split. I talked to them both this week about the same decision that OP just made.

As for the TMC comment, they don't team.
