you have nothing to lose by picking up the phone and calling recruiters from the companies you are interested in. just be honest and direct. most companies' web sites have phone numbers for recruiting dept. it will be the fastest and most accurate way to get your question answered. good luck, hope it works out for you!

Hope you put on your seat belt before reading this.
Seems you don't learn from your mistakes.
I wouldn't be so sure that, if I were in a hiring mood, I'd even look at your resume.
If you went through the expense of having a felony expunged, WHY ON EARTH would you even bring it up?Last edited: Aug 11, 2012

it didnt cost me a thing to be expunged and i havent been in trouble since i was 18 so i do learn from my mistakes just dont like a seatbelt but i have corrected that also thinks for your input but you sound a little to eager to put people down

talked with swift and tmc they dont like the expunged thing said to wait one more year so its over 10 years. prime doesnt like the suspened thing, Driver solutions is okay but i didnt bring up the felony. i have had backround checks clear before so i think i ll see how it goes. can you guys think of any other companies that are good place to start

Plus if you say it on here be prepared to hear it on here. Three ticket in three years for the same thing is not good no matter if you think it's small or not. Companies today will fire you for such things first time no warning. Good luck.brentthebeeman Thanks this. -
no mvr yet i will do that asap. all the companys i talked to have no issue with the seat belt thing but yes i agree it was stupid and costly i have learned the hard way and dont intend on doing it ever again. just hope i havent messed up a chance at a career in this field. i have no problem hearing about what i put up just like to give a lil back.......
