you have nothing to lose by picking up the phone and calling recruiters from the companies you are interested in. just be honest and direct. most companies' web sites have phone numbers for recruiting dept. it will be the fastest and most accurate way to get your question answered. good luck, hope it works out for you!

Seems you don't learn from your mistakes.
I wouldn't be so sure that, if I were in a hiring mood, I'd even look at your resume.

If you went through the expense of having a felony expunged, WHY ON EARTH would you even bring it up?

 

Have you run an MVR on yourself? See if the seat belt stuff is even on there. If not I would not worry about it unless they were within the past 3 to 5 years.

Plus if you say it on here be prepared to hear it on here. Three ticket in three years for the same thing is not good no matter if you think it's small or not. Companies today will fire you for such things first time no warning. Good luck.
