Yeah thanks man just guess i'm a little nervous quit a local gig to come out will arrive on wednesday.If you don't mind me asking did you have any money come out of pocket besides food etc.I'm coming with about $500.00 do oyou think that's enough?

 

No out of pocket expenses if you already have CDL if coming by bus or Amtrak the cab charges a flat $20 fee to hotel get receipt you will turn it in at orientation to get reimbursed on first check,$500 will be plenty I did it on about $200 when people leave the school they will put food on table in break room for whoever can use it I took advantage of the free food and tried to keep my cost down.They take you to Walmart on Mon & Thur I only went once the whole time I was there it all depends on how good you want to eat.

There is also Domino's and a Chinese food place that delivers to the school some people walked to freeway where there is a gas station market I never did though they said it was about 1 mile from school.Hope that helps good luck it is really kind of a fun experience people from all over the place reminded me of when I went in the service some 35 years ago.

From what I hear, yes, but you need to already live in that area. Someone else may have more info.

 

You have to be local, or willing to relocate.

 

Starting tomorrow I am so excited. Finishing up the homework today and gonna get up bright and early to get the bus. Tomorrow is the first day a bright new career.
