Where in Saint Louis is this Walmart ? I want a certain pos company truck to disappear forever.

Were the tarps on top of the trailer? I thought about getting one of those tarp trays to put on top of my headache rack. Primarily to get the tarps off the deck so I don't have to move them around when putting freight on the top deck. I'm maxed out in the belly box dept. and already have a couple tarps in a box. I figured maybe putting my remaining 3 up high would make it harder work for someone to get down. Nothing like trying to lift a 100lb tarp over your head. Maybe keeping them dirty looking would help as well, dunno.

May be he needs to find better places to park

You can discourage people from stealing, but you won't stop a theif unless you catch them in the act. I have had fuel stolen, batteries and wiring harness taken. I also had someone steal a single tire chain off my trailer. Go figure!! Fuel was at $5/gallon when it was stolen. They hit me for about 150 gallons. Those batteries was only 6 months old. I have no idea why anyone would steal a wiring harness other than the copper. Some people will spend more effort stealing than they would working at a legitimate job. I keep tarps strapped and try to watch where I park. I don't recall having anyone mess with my wiring, but anything can happen. If things are happening at the same location, I would find a different place to park. There are a couple of truck stops around St. Louis where he could park and might not have a problem. You really never know. Tarps are expensive. I would find somewhere else to park the truck and check on it every now and then and at unpredictable times. If you find someone in the act, shoot them. Problem solved!

or when you park just roll those tarps into the back of your pickup or trunk of your car

You know you can't leave stuff unattended and expect it to still be there when you get back. Even if Obama is wanna-be President.
whoopNride Thanks this. -
If you don't have place to stow the tarps then put them on the ground and pull a front wheel on to them.
