I think the best plan is to sell the the salt riddled car and buy a good southern car when you get down there.

Put it on a load bored...
Anyways, picked up some sprinter vans. They choked the wheels on front and side. I don't see that possible in a reefer without wood floors... Maybe the logistic bars will hold it.

If we hauled cars for a living we would have the proper equipment. This guy is trying to haul a car in a trailer designed to haul frozen chicken. Who knows what he really wants to do with the car here. I say sell it and buy another here but who knows. Where there is a will there is a way. If you haul cars how about you give him the good ol boy rate and help him out. If not it will probably just get drove into trailer and the doors shut and a slight pucker everything he taps the brakes or approaches the coops

Anyways I lik reading all the comments and suggestions. Take it easy

Just wondering what kind of a reaction he will get when he pulls into on of those high tech coops with the x-ray vision? At the very least I can see some over zealous DOT cop thinking he is hauling contraband inside the car.

I am not suggesting that you do this but I have seen dry vans hauling cars by 4 using old tires laid flat and then driving the vehicle into those. They work like a 360° wheel chock. .......not that I would do it. To risky for my blood.

What? Nobody mentioned Superglue! If duct tape won't work, superglue the bugger to the floor, and drive like you stole it (slow and careful, without attracting attention).

Take the wheels off it and set it against and nose, put a fat girl in front of it aswell.
Wait... are we trying to transport a car or break the air ride?

Used this method in the ARMY with Jeeps in need of fast e-vacs on flats and tank floats. Works good actually. Our Jeeps had a good clearance and traction to get in and out of the tires. We ALSO used tiny little generator trailer tires. An Edge has decent rear clearance but lousy front clearance (splash panel/spoiler) but if it's your own POMV, it's up to you how, if at all, if you wanna mangle the spoiler.

Why not just drive it down. You got air miles ? Know someone who will transfer some to you? Drive it, eat in it, sleep in it, park it, and fly back for the bigger car.
