will any company take me on as a trainee

i went to the criminal building of the county i was convicted then asked for the forms for expungment they sent me to the self help lawyers two doors down. they go over all the stuff with you for free, i filled out the forms, turned them in. was assigned a court date, showed up on that date but somehow the file wasnt on the docket so i had to wait a few weeks went back had to ask the judge for forgiveness. he asked a few Q's and i told him the truth and bamm it was filed with the D.O.J. i went back a month later and got my paper work with the seal from my convicted county and seal of the D.O.J. saying it was Expunged. never charged me a dime.
