i just started with JHC and come to think of it im not sure if it does cover detention, layover, and what the mulit-stop pay is. however im happy with my choice so far on working for them. everyone i seem to meet there seems to be great. nice equipment. all t660's, they got them pretty well spec'd. be nicer if they had the areodyne other then the areocab flattop. but im not buying the trucks so i cant complain. miles are great ive averaged about 3000 a week since i started. dispatcher is great, is a former driver, whenever i run into him he tells you to keep up the good work, your doing a great job ect. not alot but its nice to have someone appriecate you and your work. pay is kinda low, but its all in how you run the truck. keep it slow and make more money. they add there fuel bonus to mpg. they only run around 80 trucks so they are smaller. whenever i run into craig he asks me how im doing and if everything is going okay. its nice to be able to actually see the people that you get messages from on the computer. ill stop gabbering on now. this is just my experiance so far. if anyone has any questions ill be happy to answer. or if you see me on the road im in 673. only truck for them with white lettered tires
