    neither do you.

and doesn't jb hunt run QC's?

it's not hard to figure out. i see drivers swerving ALL THE TIME. becuase they have hours to drive. and need to make there miles.

now, there is the possibility that they may have been using there cell phone too.

let's be realistic. that QC DOESN'T play very well in the real world. and a lot of rookies are having a hard time planning there hours the way the guv wants and how the shippers and receivers actually work.

any of you to argue the fact. are fools. the stories are posted all over this sight. with questions.

He's assuming that the driver was on elogs so he was in a massive hurry.

Every accident he hears about he blames elogs. He acts as if someone is in the passenger seat with a gun to your head.

I challenge any of you to produce a Qualcomm unit that allows operation or even viewing of pertinent informationwhile the vehicle is moving. I'm not defending ELogs because it seems like the more they are being implemented, the more serious truck accidents we're seeing. Perhaps it's my imagination?

it's your imagination. cuz i've been using that story all along. and the QC'ers would argue otherwise.

nver said massive hurry. only said TIRED. and not paying attention.

trucks don't just roll over becuase they feel like it.

but since you brought it. massive hurry would appear to happen all too often. becuase, after all. YOU RRR ON A TICKING CLOCK.

course, i'm in a massive hurry too. becuase i'm not governed and have no clock.

Pretty crazy to just make wild assumptions without facts about a driver who died just to push an agenda you don't like.

That's pretty low if you ask me

what's low is for you to make such a statement. why don't you have respect and leave the guy out of the argument.
