Santa Nella, CA... taking the scenic route tonight through the Oregon back country. Real slow. Because dead presidents belong in my back pocket, not a blowin' out my exhaust stack.

If I should fail to write anymore posts here, than it can be assumed that I did not make it out of downtown Detroit.

This place has all their equipment and loading docks behind fences. Guess where us delivery trucks are parked and where the recieving doors are?

Broad daylight and I'll be ###### if I stay here after dark. If they are closed for the holiday, I'll sit on this load till Tuesday if I have to.

question for you prime drivers, do all your trucks have a security system where you input a code before starting the truck?? reason i ask is because i believe i bought a used prime truck and the dealer couldn't tell me much about it. hopefully some of yall could help me out. Thanks

Yep. Turn the key without the code and it won't start and the horn will honk continuously until you do enter the code.

With key off its a four digit code followed by "#" the red light with flash faster if entered correctly and the alarm and red light will turn off when you turn the key.

Once key is turned off or code is entered but no key turn the alarm will turn back on after 5 or so seconds.(light flash will slow down)

    Alanp613 Thanks this.
