For the record I never had issues with anyone @ Markham or Kankakee on a personal level however, when it came to work/business it's a completely different story altogether! Which is why I left Superior after a pretty dang good 3 years with them between 2006-2009. I won't go into specifics unless requested....

Frock, good luck over there at Enterprise. I was just up at Parker Sunday night/Monday morning. Maybe will see ya around sometime.

Cyanide Thanks this.

Cyanide, didn't you mean Jimmy Carl the evil spawn of Paul Foltz??? Father like son in that regards...Jimmy won't take a dump without calling Foltz....
Cyanide Thanks this. -
Frock, you are correct about the welding rod instead of buying a piece of angle iron...have you had the priviledge of going to Channahon and dealing with Queen Jaimie and Princess April? If not you are in for a treat not soon to be beat....Good luck on that and let us knw how that works out for you.

Yeah, right Jimmy, WTF ever! -
My first week at Enterprise was uneventful. Monday loaded at Petrolia, PA. It didn't deliver until Wednesday 8am at Duluth, GA. Tankwashed to Kingsport, TN where I picked up a loaded trailer Thursday AM. Dropped it at Nitro Thursday afternoon. Picked up an empty trailer and went to Gallipolis Ferry, WV, with the hopes of maybe getting loaded earlier than my 1330 Friday appointment, lost that roll of the dice. Got out of G Ferry at 1630 Friday. Dropped loaded trailer at Coraopolis and bobtailed to Parker. Enterprise's dispatch system seems quite a bit more efficient than Superiors. My truck is a bucket of loose, rattling bolts - a 2006 International with about 900k. It was used in the North Dakota oil fields. I guess that's why it has no noticeable suspension system! Not many miles and a leisurely pace.
Pay Summary:
Hose Wash $15.00
Load/Unload $16.00 for 1st 2-hours, then $16.70-hour
Other Hourly Work: $18.75
Loaded Pay: 45-CPM
Empty: 32-CPM
Layover Pay: $75-first 24 hours then, $50 per 12 hours
A laundry list of benefits. -
Good luck and be safe out there!!
