What model webasto is it?

Is it wired into the switch panel that controls your dome light and has the alarm clock in it? If you scroll thru that little screen one says heat.

i had an international that had one of these with an APU. the controls were on the same panel. the heater and the AC unit were both outstanding. the AC was a 12000 BTU, it was a mini reefer in there at night.

If the green LED in the center of the knob is flashing, count the sequence and reference it to the manual. That flash code will tell you what the error is, if any. Good luck, stay warm.
