Is it wired into the switch panel that controls your dome light and has the alarm clock in it? If you scroll thru that little screen one says heat.

I have that exact setup, but can't seem to turn it off. I can turn the words from heat to alarm, on or off, Then turn off the display, but can still feel heat coming from the vent. The dial will make it cooler or hotter. Until I figure out how to shut it off that's what I've been doing.. Guess I'll have to read the manual.

i had an international that had one of these with an APU. the controls were on the same panel. the heater and the AC unit were both outstanding. the AC was a 12000 BTU, it was a mini reefer in there at night.

If the green LED in the center of the knob is flashing, count the sequence and reference it to the manual. That flash code will tell you what the error is, if any. Good luck, stay warm.
