    Im headed to Green Bay this weekend to start training Tuesday! Im really looking forward to my first driving job. Changing careers has proved to be tough, but im anxious to earn my living doing something I enjoy.

    For a new driver, i think Schneider is the best choice. At least the weather is still decent up here.

    That's my pick for best big training company, But Swift, Stevens, CRE or even (gasp) Weiner might be a better fit for some. Unfortunately a trainee really has little idea what is the best fit. But you got to start somewhere and after awhile, employment choices will be easier.
