Schneider after trucking school... good or bad choice?

Like any other company, miles vary on location and correct ETA and NAT dates and times. My truck has 760544 on it andnis a 06' Century. It's a nice rinning truck and I don't want a newer truck with Onguard. They have mostly nice OCs and a good company overall. I'm thinking about leasing after maybe two more years of experience. Never rush into any lease no matter how bad you think things are at the time. Everyone has to start someshere.
