Time spent backing, postriping, and uncoupling at the GB DTC -3 minutes.

Time spent getting bobtail in a spot without hitting anything and being able to open 1 door of my cab - 10 minutes.

Next time I'm just going to park in an empty training truck spot.

Depends i guess. But like I said, you have to complain in order to get your way sometimes.

OK this crazy first of our line of work is different then most other places. We don't get holiday pay sick days personal days. We can't just stop after 14 hours on go home have a beer watch TV and sleep in our own beds. Families need to understand this. SNI does a decent job getting us home for thanksgiving and Xmas for at least 34hours it may not be at dawn but they try. We can't just say hey I worked 4weeks I want of 4days because they do. Companies still ship stuff and if there's not drivers then consumers get po. Its a way of life

I was asked if I wanted to be home for Christmas last year. And would have went, if we hadn't already celebrated the holiday. AND, I had just left the house a few days before.

Since I work the home run program. I don't ask for time off, as a rule.

However, they have been one of the best for getting me home when ask. Especially during my sisters illness.

####, I thought I had a ###### week but I just added up my miles and turns out I put down over 3200 miles. That's 4 weeks in a row now that I've cleared over 3000 miles.
