They'll size you for the jacket, and take a few days to get in.

Mines' hanging in the closet, never been worn.

You can send in the request early by highlighting the stop and sending the "request trailing unit" msg. I send mine in at my last stop befote arrival (usually 100-150 miles out).

I'm glad I don't have to deal too much with the requesting trailer thing. When I do a drop and hook at AutoZone or DirecTV, They usually just tell me what trailer I need to take and I just put that one trailer number once the loaded trailer is dropped and by the time I get the pre trip done in the empty, its ready to go, just hook up and go with it. Usually only takes about 10 min to load up.

That's what I always do. Usually I either get a message back in 15-30 minutes saying that no equipment meats my requirements even when there's 5+ empties actually there. Or I get a list of empties that are not there. Or when I don't get a list and fill out the exceptions yet it tells me that they are all unavailable. Or the customer doesn't have any so you have to send in the blank exceptions tab and ends up being a couple hours before you get the task removed. Then support shift usually always doesn't add a pickup empty stop for your next assignment, so you gotta call in for that.

Most of my problems are directly related to support shift, lol.

And they actually don't really happen that often, but when they do it irritates the hell out me.

delays by the shipper aren't your fault and traffic u should always plan ahead of time so u should always pick loads thay give u a good amount of time to deliver in never had to have a load repower yet I've had pre assignments taken off me because of shippers changing their appointment times that would have made pick ups impossible

I just put in my two weeks. I am going to Roehl doing reefer for .38 a mile with no NYC. I can handle some less miles if that's the biggest downfall to changing companies... I really don't like being ran hard. I'll get some more home time, too. Anyhow, I am being assured that I am leaving SNI in good standing, and I can return if and when I want. That makes me feel more comfortable in my decision.
