I curious... did you hire an attorney to accomplish this or did you do it all on your own?

Many small companies don't deal with them. I worked for one in Northern New England that just verified employment for the Federal Paperwork and that was it. Turned out to be a great, little company and I would go back there if I moved back north.

I found out the wonders of Qualcom years ago when I complained about something a dispatcher had sent to me several months before. My mgr called up all of the qualcom traffic from me for the past year and we went over it.
That is why Qualcom units let you type in a message and then have a giant "Hey stupid, are you sure you want to send this message" screen before it is sent out. Think long and hard about the scathing reply you just put in before you hit the send button. This works both ways, however.

Don't be too sure about that; While driving for a major carrier I had an incident where I was pulling into a fuel island and brushed the island curb with the side of my trailer tire which bent the rim and flattened the tire (no other damage occurred); The company called it an accident and the wording on my DAC stated "SIDESWIPE MERGING ACCIDENT" Now if you read that statement it sounds like I was merging onto a hwy/rd and sideswiped another motorist : completely inaccurate.

THAT I understand. Note I wrote, "Unless you wrecked or hit something." You hit something causing damage to the tire (which made it go flat) and rim, hence the "accident."

The OP didn't say anything about the blown tire being labeled as an accident. It's just listed on his DAC.

He most certainly did say the blown tire is listed as an accident. Read his reply on Oct. 11

You can always call the employer personally and address the situation, which I had to do with Western Distribution out of Denver,Co, I pulled my DAC report, which showed they reported I had an accident, when I called their safety department and talk with Wayne, he said they didn't make the report, but they had to, but told them it's on there regardless, and it must be fixed, I contacted hire rite, and told them who I talked with at the company, and informed them they should be receiving the info that I had no accident, they said they would send me a letter informing me of what happens, after a few weeks, I received a new DAC report with a clean bill of health, my point? Don't wait for someone else to take care of your CDL, take charge and protect yourself

If your MVR is clean who cares about DAC.
