Good old south st. The newer guys don't know how good they have it now. It was always fun backing off the hill on a Sunday or Wednesday night with traffic going through.

THANKS SO much for taking the time to post directions. also I went there last thursday7/17/ 2014 and they only charge $20 for a gate fee not $25. also once inside its easy-smeasy even with a 53' trailer...I want to go back

Oh BTW my navigator (rand McNally) doesn't have any hunts point street address... my delivery address was ### hunts point as a street address. I called my boss at 2AM and said, " buddy, not my circus, not my monkeys " He will be getting me a NYC trucker atlas for me....NOTHING beats an "old school "map when you are in doubt....:)

    Shep Shiloh Thanks this.

You can get NYC-specific truck maps from the state of NY.

    http://www.nyc.gov/html/dot/html/motorist/trucks.shtml

I think I requested mine on-line at this web addy and had them inside of a week. I asked for and received 5 maps...figured I carry a few extras in case I ran into someone who needed one. The link is on the very first page.
