    It sounds like you have a corrrupt DCA file. This can cause routing issues as the DCA files are the maps. The Dock will not correct these.

    What is the serial number off the back of your TND?

    Mark, after updating my 510, I've noticed it no longer will maintain my driving hours (11). After I start a new trip, it goes to 0. It workec fine before updating. The driving day hours (14) still works correctly.

    Is the driving set to 11 hours before you start your new trip?

    When do you notice that is shows "0" hours?

    Start the day both reset to 11 & 14. For the driving hours I manually change the status, on duty/driving. Arrive at destination, change status to on duty, unload, change status back to driving drive to next destination, again change status when I arrive. Once loaded again status take off driving. While enroute I decide to check my hours, to see how much time I have remaining. It shows 0, it should have been around 4 hrs. I corrected it, and later rechecked, and again it showed zero.

    Hello

    I cannot locate the name of the corrupt file, if you know where to find it, let me know, This unit was able to receive another up date this morning. After the update, in release notes it states "bug fixes" no file names per say and lets one know what function was repaired / improved upon. If a window pops up again with the error message I'll try to get then,

    i just boiught a new 720 i downloaded the dock program updated and searched for issues. i pluged the unit in to charge with the wall adapter but its not charging it says battery low connect to power yet it is pluged in.

    Sometimes you can catch the file name once you ask it to repair the file.

    This is with the AC adapter that came in the box? Does it do the same thing on DC?

    It seemed to work ok today, except one thing that I noticed. Since I done an update, in the Timers screen, there are 2 Driving sections. Driving Session and Driving Hours. The Driving Session went to zero after a while. The driving Hours continued to work as it should. So I guess my question would be what is the Driving Session used for?

    I've looked everywhere to find some information on the new features added by the update, however nothing. Why doesn't Rand provide an update to the FAQ, Tutorials or the User Guide?

    Another question on a new feature, what does the Screenshot button do? I've tried it, but can't find how I would access the screenshot.

    Ok, I had a look at the user guide for the TND 720. That's what my 510 looks like now. Is it possible that the wrong update was done? I used the Dock, it said there was an update, so I updated it. I would assume that it would download and install the correct update, right????
