I live in Fla and with this amount of time in advance, I should be able to score a pretty cheap ticket. That's the least of my worries. My prime focus is that I'll be provided with more training than I had at the school because that was pretty darn fast!

It is a reimbursement. Not an advance. You do not have to pay it back.
Stevens doesn't care about how you arrive, just that you DO arrive. They have a set cost. If you want to come on your own, just supply a receipt and they'll reimburse you up to $200.
I have yet to see them reimburse less than $200, but then I don't see all the receipts.
If you live in Houston or Little Rock or Tucumcari and drive, they'll reimburse you for your car...up to $200.
There are more than you think that will fly. And they all get their money on the first monday.
They are good about that. -
I see that they've already supplied me with a motel. This place looks like crap! If I could find a better rate with a better quality hotel, do you think they'll be able to swap me to the better one rather than this rat hole hotel? I can't trust my belongings at this hotel! I went to one here in Orlando and the maids stole my camera battery and the manager had no record of it!
