Were fmcsa scored created for the sole purpose of sinking existing drivers and bringing new scoreless drivers in to the industry to funnel tax credits to large starter companies and meter unemployment rehabilitation for the purpose of political expedience? why Are fmcsa scores designed to work against the experience driver in nearly every way imaginable?

you got your work cut out for you if you are going to hang around here any amount of time

with ONE driver, i am sure he would have at least a dozen questions, we have hundreds here

we recently had one............... hold on, lemme get it for you

Level 2 while driving as personal conveyance

now, if he was on a 10hr or 34hr break, does he have to log onduty not driving, which basically screws him and he has to start all over

or can he just flag it

and its a common understanding when a driver is offduty, he is offduty, so how can he be required to even go thru a DOT inspection if he is off-duty?

Got one for you; can I carry a gun in a truck? If not, can you cite the federal regulation that prevents this. (I am talking federal, not state regulations here.)
    Thanks in advance.
