A&R Transport Inc in Morris, IL

GIve it a couple of months and let us know what you think of it than. You will see the true side of what they have become since being purchased by an investment company. Still a decent job, but not what it used to be since the investment company came into the picture.

 

How can you get on with A&R? What are A&R driver requirements? Are there any other companies like A&R out there for a secound choice to roll with?

 

Ya I am finishing my medical stuff now as I just got hired and start last week of October, I have left a grocery hauling job 13 years to get on board with A&R I'm in the New England area but seems like a stand up company !!

 

How do you like A&R Iwllnotlaydown? How are the miles? What type of equpment are you driving? I have a face to interview with them at the Decatur Terminal soon.

 

I start with A&R October, 29 and I can't wait , I have researched and this company is like so rare these days , they take care of there drivers , but being a grocery and freight hauler for almost 19 years I'm nervous

 

what about driving for one of the lease operators out of the highlands terminal? Can it be a great deal because they say most of the Houston stuff is out n back.

So disappointed with A&R , biggest mistake in my life working there ,the driver does it all but they don't pay very well , last week 0 in account due to them taking a advance I took to live the week before , many drivers are leaving its too bad the job is cool very serious work , but McDonald's would pay me more

 

What terminal u work out n are u company, owner op, or lease driver-iwllnotlaydown?

Brian sent an application in to them about a week ago, but Jason has not yet called him back. What you said tells me that A&R is not the place for him!
