What's really fascinating, and funny to boot, is watching all the common people believe the world runs on random events. Common people can't even agree on which college football team is best without knocking each other's teeth out. Some will flog you based on what make of car you drive. Some will kill you if you're black. And you believe the common man is actually allowed to make decisions that matter? Homer won't ever be allowed a voice in any decision that comes within a mile of criticality.
No, the common man is still a mere emotional infant. He won't be allowed on the real stage in his present state. He'll just be given a job that pays a little bit to keep him happy so he won't kill anybody or himself, be herded by the media and silly slogans into being a loyal consumer and/or patriot, and will be comforted by propaganda and lies so he'll continue to go his merry, blissful, ignorant way. This is how we can have a stable society of ignorant noobs that at least LOOKS viable. And stability is key. The elites' sole purpose is to maintain that societal stability. Thank Buddha those guys are in charge of it all and we don't have to rely on your input. Or mine.
Class dismissed. -
This was not the case at all when I was 19 and 20. For over a yr I had a job in VA and would run this route from VA to where my parents lived in KY. Some times several times a month. ALWAYS copious amounts of truck traffic in those days. I wonder what has changed. -

I also remember the big pileup on Afton Mountain back in the early 90s involving something like 40 vehicles, of which only two or three were rigs. There may have been as many as 70 vehicles in that mess. Not sure, as it's been a while. -
How odd that there would always be a ton of trucks running that only on the times I was driving it. -

Do you believe in aliens, Crow03? How about fortune tellers and horoscopes? Look out for those ghosts and ghouls out there. And your favorite bud is about to set out on the 24th and shower the globe with gifts to all. I guess you believe in gee-oh-dee as well? Or Vegas?
You sound like you live in the land of make-believe. -
And to add to the debate, Scarecrow, do you believe that there are several layers of mysterious "Elites" who have their fingers on the pulse of the world and control everytthing that happens, regardless of what it may be. Do you believe that the "Elites" have a master plan all laid out to run the world for their sole benefit, and that no one knows of their existence, except for one person outside their immediate group. And then, Scarecrow, do you believe that this person would reveal the existence of the "Elites" as well as the "fact" that there are various levels of "Elites" on an internet trucking forum.
Since the "Elites" know of and plan everything in the world ahead of time, it's very clear to me that they intended to have their presence known, through their internet evangelist. Or as a penalty for revealing their existence, they would make him deader than his theories.
Wake up people, there's a new messiah in town!!! -
