Agree here. Still a company that does many things well for a company of its size, but starting to get lost in their desire to squeeze every dollar even tighter by instituting fleet-wide rules (as opposed to addressing problem drivers individually) and have the "latest technology".

You must have some sort of awesome version of the idle sensor... different than I did. The only way to keep the truck from dying was to push in, then pull out one of the brakes. Heck, using a broomstick seems like the freakin' Ritz, comparatively, lol.

So the possible new company... is it the same I'm starting with on Monday? Headquartered in Marshfield and has a lot of flat beds pulled by mostly red tractors? I'm going to pull reefer with them for .10 cpm more than what I was getting a SNI.

Nah, I chose to go with Maverick. Will be doing their glass division for 49 CPM

The broom stick thing got old fast.

I'm hoping to get the call on Monday and have next weekend be the end of my time at SNI.

Good luck, Razor. I wish nothing but the best for you and your family. A guy's gotta do what a guy's gotta do. Bottom line. All the best.
