turbo? maybe?
engine fan belt? -
CAC clamp or hose probably leaking under high demand, or maybe belt tensioner?
-
Check exhaust manifold gaskets, turbo gasket ,cac boots
-
Check turbo. Pull off intake pipe to turbo and see if fins are hitting the housing. if so replace before you have a costly failure. Check for any exhaust leak, manifold, turbo, egr piping any leaks. If you have the equipment. Pressure test your cac, intake manifold. Check air filter.

alternator bearing, a/c pump. maybe idelers
-
looking like it could be anything lol. Can u isolate where it is coming from?

My money is on the turbo (bad bearing or race). You say you've checked all the normal stuff, but if it were me I'd pull the turbo and have it checked, most places won't charge for checking or if they do it should be minimal, or if you have access to another turbo you could just swap them out and see if that takes care of your problem. Good luck.

i agree its probably your turbo
puncher Thanks this. -
So I had a high pitch squeal, was getting bad fuel mileage. Had charge air cooler tested, but when they tested it he took it loose at the turbo, left everything on the intake side hooked up. He found my intake gaskets leaking at the head. Replaced the gaskets runs like a top!!!! If you have power loss and are getting bad fuel mileage have you CAC tested. It is cheap and if you are leaking, fix it, you will find it pays for itself VERY quickly!!
