Looking forward to meeting some of you. I've been hauling batteries for 12 years. I'm sure some of you have seen our trucks out on the road. Ruan.
Glad I moved over to Poly Trucking

Well hell, not one but two traffic jams up near Boise. Tanker wrecked and caught fire supposedly. Just a few more miles to go to call it a night.

There is a Poly driver who lives not far from me (about 5 miles) and am wondering if he's on this forum. Most likely not, but I figured I'd put it out there just to see. I just noticed the truck parked near the road on his property over Christmas, and now again yesterday. He used to drive for Bell Trucking previously.

Rolled down to Green River, UT. One of my favorite drives down U.S. 6, actually met another Poly driver heading the opposite direction. Ran with another Poly driver yesterday across Oregon for a ways. Said he had been at Costco with about half of our fleet in Sumner
These long trips are such a joy, sleeping in and just being able to enjoy the drive without having to be some place immediately. Got the ok to drop the load in GP on Monday and hopefully get some good choices for Tuesday morning. Supposed to be a sultry -5 degrees overnight here. Having to keep the old girl running as my batteries are pretty much shot and have to be restarted after a couple of hours of mild usage. Hopefully will be able to get those changed out without too much down time at the shop.
